NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF YOUNG JA CARUSO, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF YOUNG JA CARUSO, DECEASED,
AND THE YOUNG JA CARUSO TRUST
Notice is hereby given that YOUNG JA CARUSO ("Decedent") died in 2022.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the YOUNG JA CARUSO TRUST dated December 18, 2020 ("Trust") are hereby notified that Celeste Veal, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King St., Ste 760, Honolulu, HI 96814, is the Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
