NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE is hereby given that DOUGLAS FRANK CALISTRO has died. All creditors of DOUGLAS FRANK CALISTRO, his estate, and/or of the REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OF DOUGLAS F. CALISTRO DATED OCTOBER 10, 2012, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Diane Calistro Rodriguez and David Frank Calistro, nominated personal representatives and successor trustees of said trust, c/o Law Offices of Derek K.
