Estate of Ivy H. Shiroma
and the Ivy H. Shiroma Trust

Notice is hereby given that Ivy Haruko Shiroma (“Decedent”), also known as Haruko Shiroma and Ivy H. Shiroma, passed away on June 6, 2022.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Ivy H. Shiroma (“Estate”) or the Ivy H. Shiroma Trust, dated October 13, 1983, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Craig M. Shiroma, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Craig M. Shiroma, as Successor Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
