4 WHEELS AUTO LLC (“Plaintiff”) commenced an action by filing a Complaint in the First Circuit Court, State of Hawai’i, Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000819, in the matter entitled 4 Wheels Auto LLC v. Putnam Installation Company, Inc., wherein Plaintiff prays for monetary damages and a judgment against Defendant Putnam Installation Company, Inc. (“Defendant”) for general, special, compensatory and punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial; attorneys’ fees and costs; and any other legal or equitable relief that the Court deems just and proper.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeffrey P. Crabtree, Judge of the First Circuit Court, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813, on Tuesday, the 15th day of November, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, Jeffrey S. Portnoy and Nathaniel Dang, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
