NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT NO. 20122129

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Paradigm Construction LLC. The work consists principally of site grading (including erosion and dust control measures) for driveways and house pads, installation of new BWS water system, installation of new sewer system, and installation of curbs and pavement structure, installation of new electrical site work, and other appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No.20122129 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Roads D & Z located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006: 047 have been substantially completed.
