COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, that HAWAIIAN DREDGING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. has completed construction of those certain improvements known as the “ILILANI – ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRE-EXCAVATION” project [HDCC Job No. 12004], located at 615 Keawe Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] 2-1-51:45) in accordance with its contract with Ililani, LLC, Owner.
