NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF
MASUMI FUKUSHIMA, DECEASED,
ESTATE OF MASUMI FUKUSHIMA,
THE MASUMI AND AMY S. FUKUSHIMA JOINT TRUST, AND THE MASUMI FUKUSHIMA TRUST

Notice is hereby given that Masumi Fukushima (“Decedent”) passed away on May 27, 2022.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Masumi Fukushima (“Estate”), The Masumi and Amy S. Fukushima Joint Trust dated February 15, 1995 (“Joint Trust”) or The Masumi Fukushima Trust dated February 15, 1995 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Rhoda M. Fukushima, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Lucas K. Love, LLLC, P.O. Box 240427, Honolulu, HI 96824, is serving as successor trustee of the Joint Trust and the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, the Joint Trust, or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Rhoda M. Fukushima, as successor trustee of the Joint Trust and the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
