Eric Norman Hill, also known as Eric N. Hill and Eric Hill, and/or The Eric N. Hill Revocable Living Trust dated August 23, 2005, as amended

All creditors of the above-named Decedent, estate, and/or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Jeffrey Sherman Hill, Successor Trustee of the above-named Trust, whose address is 1157 El Centro Avenue, Oakland, CA 94602, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
