YOU ARE HEREBY NOTICED THAT CINDY CHANG, Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000283 alleging Defendants have defaulted on the Agreement and have breached the Agreement. Plaintiff has been damaged and/or unjustly enriched in the amount of $81,400.00. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to a judgment in law and equity in the amount of $81,400.00 and for attorney fees and costs according to law.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, 777 Punchbowl Street, on Tuesday, the 4th day of October 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Ward D. Jones, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is Bervar & Jones, Alakea Corporate Tower, 1100 Alakea Street, 20th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
