NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF MARGARET A. UEUNTEN ALSO KNOWN AS MARGARET AIKO UEUNTEN, DECEASED

All creditors of the above-named decedent, Margaret A. Ueunten, also known as Margaret Aiko Ueunten, and/or the trust established by her under a trust agreement dated October 16, 2000, as amended, and known as the Margaret A. Ueunten Trust, are hereby notified that Glenn T. Ueunten and Iris K. Umeno are the Successor Co-Trustees of the trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki Law Offices, LLLC, American Savings Bank Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1030, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the decedent and/or the trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Co-Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
