NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF LAWRENCE HUNG MOON LAU, DECEASED, THE ESTATE OF LAWRENCE HUNG MOON LAU AND THE LAWRENCE HUNG MOON LAU TRUST DATED APRIL 28, 2022

Notice is hereby given that Lawrence Hung Moon Lau (“Decedent”) passed away on May 18, 2022. All persons, creditors and interested parties having a claim against the Decedent, the Estate of Lawrence Hung Moon Lau (“Estate”) and The Lawrence Hung Moon Lau Trust dated April 28, 2022 (“Trust”) are hereby notified that James Kalanipua Armitage (“Trustee”), whose address is c/o KIMBERLY KOIDE IWAO, LLLC, P.O. Box 240269, Honolulu, HI 96824, is serving as Trustee of the Trust. Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate, or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
