NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 19122106

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd. The work consists principally of site grading (including erosion and dust control measures), modification and/or retrofit of existing water laterals, modification and/or retrofit of existing sewer laterals and manholes, including cleanouts to grade, and concrete wall as applicable, replacement or retrofit of existing electrical site work, and other appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No.19122106 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Offsite Drainline 1, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: 9-4-005:079 and 9-4-006:002 has been completed.
