NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against WALTER YASUYUKI HIRAKAWA (“Decedent”), who died on September 1, 2021, Decedent’s Estate, or the Walter Y. Hirakawa Revocable Living Trust dated July 13, 1992 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Frances M. Hirakawa, trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 1451 Makamua Street, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
