OF THE
JEANNETTE K. KAWAUCHI REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jeannette K. Kawauchi, also known as Jeannette Katsue Kawauchi, a resident of Waimanalo, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 8, 2021.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust Agreement of Jeannette K. Kawauchi, dated September 27, 1979, as amended, made by Jeannette K. Kawauchi ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Nona Takayo Tamanaha is the current and acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
