NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the trustee named below to all persons having a claim against Roy M. Nakamura (aka Roy Mamoru Nakamura) (“Decedent”), who died on January 11, 2022, Decedent’s Estate, or the Roy M. Nakamura & Dorothy R. Nakamura Joint Revocable Living Trust dated November 21, 2012 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Dorothy R. Nakamura, trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 362 Hanamaulu Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
