HARRIET D. ROTZ, aka HARRIET ROTZ, aka HARRIET D. ROTZ, passed away on March 3, 2022. This Notice is made by WILLIAM T. ROTZ, Successor Trustee of the Harriet D. Rotz Revocable Trust dated February 12, 1981 created by Harriet D. Rotz, as Settlor and as Trustee, as amended, whose address is c/o NEAL T. GOTA, ESQ., 999 Bishop Street, Suite 2600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named trust or estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Successor Trustee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
