YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT PLAINTIFF CHARLES BRANDON ETSINGER commenced an action against you in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0000491 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, praying for a partition of that certain real property described as 91-1225 Kama’aha Avenue, No. 406, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, TMK No. (1) 9-1-016-216 CPR 0013 (Property) and for an accounting of any and all costs and expenses of the management, operation, and disposition of the Property, among other relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to be and appear before the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, in his courtroom, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on the 28th day of June, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorney: Dana R. Lyons, Esq., Lyons Law LLLC, 1110 Nuuanu Ave., Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment.
