NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the above-entitled Court filed April 13, 2022, the Petition for Determination of Heirs of CHRISTINA JEAN HOVDEN, also known as CHRISTINA J. HOVDEN, Deceased, so as to ascertain the rightful heirs to a portion of a parcel of land situate at Ocean View, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, more fully described in said Petition, will be heard on Wednesday, the 15th day of June, 2022 at 8:00 a.m., in the courtroom of the presiding Judge Henry T. Nakamoto, at 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. All persons interested are hereby entitled to appear at said time and place.
