YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-NC2, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV- 21-0001064 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 1717 MOTT SMITH DRIVE APT 501, HONOLULU, Hawaii, 96822, TMK No. (1) 2-4-028-005 (CPR 0011), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu HI 96813 on June 14, 2022 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said day upon Steven T. Iwamura, of Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100 Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
