This Notice is made by Sonya Carol Richter-Smith, Trustee of the Richter-Smith Joint Revocable Trust, dated August 17, 2005, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, Esq., 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, his Trust and/or his estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
