YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff LLOYDS BANK PLC f.k.a LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC’s has filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in an action in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0000186 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at Apartment 2501, 2470 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, designated at Tax Map Key No. [1] 2-6-023-007-0079, and wherein it prays for judgment in an amount to be shown at trial.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Jeannette H. Castagnetti, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., of said day or to file with the Court and to serve upon Patricia J. McHenry of Cades Schutte LLP, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, an answer to the Complaint which is hereby served upon you, before said day. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
This summons shall not be personally delivered between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on premises not open to the general public, unless a judge of the above-entitled court permits, in writing on this summons, personal delivery during those hours.
A failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment against the disobeying person or party.
