SUSAN T. MIYAMOTO, also known as SUSAN TAMIKO MIYAMOTO, died on December 28, 2021. This Notice is made by Deborah Y. Dela Cruz, Successor Trustee under The SUSAN T. MIYAMOTO Revocable Living Trust dated June 23, 1992, whose address is Post Office Box 630088, Lanai City, Lanai, HI 96763. All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Estate and or her said Trust are hereby notified pursuant to HRS § 560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
