NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petition for Instructions, for Order Appointing Trustee and Vesting Title, for Approval of First and Final Accounts, and Distribution and Termination of Trust of FAYE N. SHAVER-SIMON, as successor Trustee of the the SAMUEL KAMAKA KAWAIAEA, SR., and MARY DAVIDSON KAWAIAEA TRUST dated January 18, 1957, created under the Last Will and Testament of Mary Davidson Kawaiaea, having been filed, and all interested persons including JAMES A. STEWART, JOANNE TUCKER, PATRICIA M. GRAY, RICKIE CAVENAUGH and ROBERT D. GRAY, whose whereabouts are unknown are notified that Thursday, May 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl St, Honolulu, HI 96813, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing on said petition.
