NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All persons having a claim against the Estate of Barney Seishi Takata, who died on January 23, 2022, or the Barney S. Takata Revocable Living Trust dated August 21, 1995, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to FRANCES OSHIRO, Successor Trustee of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Ng & Niebling, LLLC, 3604 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
