NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all unknown persons and to all known persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in the above-referenced estate that a Petition to Appoint Special Administrator was filed on May 10, 2021 by Ellen Leilani Caitano, whose address is c/o Edmund W.K. Haitsuka, Haitsuka Degele LLP, 75-1000 Henry Street, Suite 208, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740; that the Petition seeks to appoint Tyson W. Caitano as Special Administrator to administer the estate with respect to that certain parcel of land (being portion(s) of the land(s) described in and covered by Grant Number 4809 to C. L. Kimokeo) situate, lying and being at Kaauhuhu, District of North Kohala, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being LOT 5A of the "KAAUHUHU HOMESTEADS, FIRST SERIES", designated on the tax maps of the Third Taxation Division of the State of Hawaii as Tax Map Key No. (3) 5-5-001-070, and having a street address of 55-838 Hawi Road, Hawi, Hawaii 96719; that a hearing on the Petition has been scheduled for Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable R. Mark Browning, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom located in the Kaahumanu Hale building at 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; and that pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any person wishing to object or respond to the Petition must file such objection or response with the Court and serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of service of this Notice.
