and the Dave Y. Kaneshiro Living Trust

Notice is hereby given that Dave Yoshiaki Kaneshiro (“Decedent”), passed away on August 31, 2021.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Dave Yoshiaki Kaneshiro (“Estate”) or the Dave Y. Kaneshiro Living Trust dated October 6, 1995 (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Keith M. Kaneshiro, whose address is c/o Harry Y. Oda, Esq., Attn: Probate Dept., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as the Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Keith M. Kaneshiro, as Successor Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
