YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT CLEO GENE KUBECKA, plaintiff, has filed a complaint in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0000665, wherein Plaintiff prays for judgment against Defendants as follows:
A) For a declaratory judgment requiring Defendant ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF ILIKAI MARINA to enforce its governing, documents and house rules against Defendants JAMES PALMER and MARI OLSON and abiding by and enforcing its governing documents and house rules such that all building projects are in compliance with all relevant building codes and standards;
B. For an award of general, special, treble and punitive damages against Defendants Palmer and Olson in an amount to be determined at trial;
C. An award of attorneys’ fees, costs and interests (including prejudgment interest); and;
D. Such other and further relief as may be ordered by this Court.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom 5B of the Honorable John M. Tonaki First Judicial Circuit, Fourth Division, State of Hawai`i, Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawai`i 96813 on the 19th, day of April, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TERRANCE M. REVERE, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Pali Palms Plaza, 970 North Kalaheo Street, Suite A301, Kailua, Hawaii 96734. If you fail to do so, judgment by
