SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff 409 PORTLOCK, LLC has commenced an action in Civil No. 1CCV-21-0001017 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii, wherein it prays for judgment in an amount to be shown at trial.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, Judge of the First Circuit, in his courtroom at Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai`i, 96813 on April 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, Keith Y. Yamada and Bryce M. Nakamura of Cades Schutte LLP, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This summons shall not be personally delivered between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on premises not open to the general public, unless a judge of the above-entitled court permits, in writing on this summons, personal delivery during those hours.
A failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment against the disobeying person or party.
