Plate No. TCN-123 (Hawaii), located in Ewa, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The aforesaid personal property is more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached to the Complaint filed heretofore and by reference made a part hereof.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Presiding Judge, at Ewa District Court, located at 870 4th St, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782, on Thursday, the 31st day of March, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day on Matthew K. Chung, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 831 Kealahou Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
