DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M1, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 3CCV-21-0000104 in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawai’i, seeking Foreclosure relating to the property located at 856 Hoolala Place, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720, TMK No. (3) 2-4-038-113, in which you may claim an interest, for relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable PETER K. KUBOTA, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit located at Hale Kaulike 777 Kilauea Avenue, Hilo, Hawai’i 96720-4212, on March 24, 2022, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said day upon Steven T. Iwamura, of Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100 Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
