YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of this Court in her Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on TUESDAY, the 29TH day of MARCH, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon MELANIE K. OYAMA and DAVID M. PLONA, attorneys for Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Crossclaim.
