NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF BYRON J. MURAMATSU, ALSO KNOWN AS BYRON JUN MURAMATSU, DECEASED

All creditors of the above-named decedent, Byron J. Muramatsu, also known as Byron Jun Muramatsu, and/or the trust established by him under a trust agreement dated June 8, 2018, and known as the Byron J. Muramatsu and Lillian L. Muramatsu Joint Trust, are hereby notified that Lillian L. Muramatsu is the Successor Trustee of the trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki Law Offices, LLLC, American Savings Bank Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1030, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the decedent and/or the trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
