PERSONS AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
VIVIAN YOOKO KEKINA, DECEASED,
FILED, a document purporting to be the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, dated December 11, 2001, who died on or about April 28, 2012, together with a Petition by MICHAEL KAMAI KEKINA, whose address is 1760 S. Beretania Street, #11A, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826, praying for formal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown below within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the Trust established by the decedent under the Trust Agreement of the Vivian Y. Kekina Revocable Living Trust, dated December 11, 2001, are hereby notified that MICHAEL K. KEKINA is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 1760 S. Beretania Street, #11A, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
That March 24, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. before the presiding judge in Probate at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons.
Pursuant to Rule 10(c) of the Hawaii Probate Rules, any party wishing to object or respond to the Petition shall file such objection with the Court or serve it on all interested persons within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this notice.
