NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that MOLLY H.Y. MIYASHIRO also known as Molly Hung Yung Miyashiro, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on September 28, 2021.
All persons having a claim against the Estate of Molly H.Y. Miyashiro or the Molly Hung Yung Miyashiro Revocable Trust dated July 13, 1993, are hereby notified that MELVIN MORIO MIYASHIRO, whose address is c/o Law Office of Lynn Y. Nakashima, 1100 Ward Avenue, Suite 705, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, is serving as the Trustee of said trust.
Pursuant to H.R.S. Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
