On January 20, 2022, a Petition For Renewal Of Letters Of Administration Filed October 3, 2017, For Authorization To Offer Real Property For Sale And For Confirmation Of Sale of Real Property was filed. Notice is hereby given to all unknown persons and to all known persons whose addresses are unknown who have any interest in said estate. If any interested person has any objection to the Petitions or other claim or interest in the Estate, such person should file their objection, or claim against the Estate, and provide a copy to Jeri Reiko Yamaguchi, Personal Representative of the Estate of Eloise Y. Yamaguchi, aka Eloise Yoshiko Yamaguchi, c/o Ronald P. Tongg, Esq., 169 South Kukui Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, or appear at the hearing on March 24, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Courtroom of the judge presiding in probate, at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the authorization for sale of real property and confirmation thereof, such person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
