All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent’s estate, are hereby notified that KALERA RICHARDS, whose address is c/o CURTIS K. SAIKI, ESQ., 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is the Personal Representative.
Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to KALERA RICHARDS at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
