Estate of James K. Mee, also known as James Kirkwood Kekahuna Mee and James Kirkwood Mee, Deceased, and the James K. Mee and Ann K. Mee Trust
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent who died on September 18, 2021, together with an Application by Ann K. Mee, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said Ann K. Mee.
If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the Estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS § 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the Decedent and Ann K. Mee under a trust agreement dated June 27, 2002, and known as the James K. Mee and Ann K. Mee Trust, are hereby notified that Ann K. Mee is the Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., as set forth above, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
