All creditors and interested persons of Shizuko Matsuda, her estate, or the Shizuko Matsuda Revocable Living Trust dated July 16, 1993, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Yoshiko Kobayashi, nominated Personal Representative and Successor Trustee, 407 Seaside Avenue, 2nd Flr., Honolulu, HI 96815, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
