ESTATE OF EARL M. MORIMOTO, whose full name is EARL MAMORU MORIMOTO, Deceased, and the EARL M. MORIMOTO 2020 TRUST, as amended
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent who died on August 16, 2021, together with an Application by Wendell W. J. Yim, whose address is c/o Michael J. Lum, 1188 Bishop Street, Suite 705, Honolulu, HI 96813praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said Wendell W. J. Yim.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated March 24, 2020, as amended, and known as the EARL M. MORIMOTO 2020 TRUST, are hereby notified that Wendell W. J. Yim and Francis H. Yano are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, whose address is c/o Michael J. Lum, 1188 Bishop Street, Suite 705, Honolulu, HI 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
