UCHIDA, whose address is c/o Diane K. Agor, Esq., 1585 Kapiolani Blvd., Suite 1626, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814, be appointed Personal Representative of said estate.
February 3, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., before the presiding Judge in Probate at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the appointed date, time, and place of hearing said petition and all interested persons, including but not limited to: Reynold Tanimoto, Victor Tanimoto, Lori Tanimoto, Lillian Higashi, Thelma Tsukamoto, Edward S. Nakamiyo, Ralph T. Nakamiyo, Ken Nakamoto, Gail Tell, Mark Okada, Anson Okada, Duane Okada, Doreen Inabu, Elvis Okada, Nancy Palmer, Eleanor Okada, and any other descendants of Tarokichi Okada, descendants of Ito Yagawa, descendants of Motojiro Sera, or descendants of Shigeno Kokata.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
