All persons having a claim against the Estate of KATHLEEN KAY AI, aka KATHLEEN K. AI, aka KATHLEEN AI, who died on June 27, 2021, or the Kathleen Ai Trust dated October 19, 1990, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to FRANCES P.
