The Petition for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative was filed on November 9, 2021 and asking that ZENIA UILANI WALKER-BARICUATRO c/o The Law Offices of Jan K. Apo, 24 N. Church Street, Suite 302, Wailuku, Hawaii, 96793, be appointed Personal Representative of said estate. A hearing on said application is scheduled for January 6, 2022 at 8:15 a.m. before the Honorable Kristin M. Hamman at 2145 Main Street, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793.
If any interested person desires further notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he or she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named application are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will forever be barred.
