TERMS OF SALE: No upset price. Property is being sold in “AS IS” condition at public auction with ten percent (10%) of the highest bid payable in cash, cashier’s check or certified check at close of auction. Balance payable in cash, cashier’s check or certified check upon delivery of title. Potential bidders must provide ability to comply with the ten percent bid requirements prior to participating in the auction. Buyer shall pay all costs of closing including conveyance documents, recordation fees, conveyance taxes and escrow fees upon closing. Real property taxes shall be prorated at the date of conveyance of title. Buyer shall be responsible for securing possession of the property.
