SUMMONS

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT TRADEWIND INSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED and 3059 WOOLSEY PLACE, LLC, Plaintiffs, have commenced an action in Civil No. 17-1-0446-03 in the above-entitled Court, where they pray for Judgment against you in the amount to be proven at trial for damages, as a result of a house file occurring on March 18, 2015, plus court costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable John Tonaki, in his courtroom, at 1111 Alakea Street, Courtroom 5B, Honolulu, HI 96813, on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon James H. Monma, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is 707 Richards Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, HI 96813.
If you fail to attend at the time and place of the above designated, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the First Amended Complaint.
