NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE AND TRUSTS OF TATSUKICHI KOBAYASHI, DECEASED

All creditors of the above-named decedent, Tatsukichi Kobayashi, and/or the trusts established by him under (1) trust agreement dated December 2, 1996, as amended (the "1996 Trust"), and (2) trust agreement dated March 20, 1998 (the "1998 Trust"), are hereby notified that Tatsuya Kobayashi and Tatsuyuki Kobayashi are the Successor Co-Trustees of the 1996 Trust and Tatsuya Kobayashi is the Successor Trustee of the 1998 Trust, whose address is c/o Miyasaki Law Offices, LLLC, American Savings Bank Tower, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 1030, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the decedent and/or the trusts, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
