Estate of Lydia Koh Bolosan
and the Lydia Koh Bolosan Revocable Trust

Notice is hereby given that Lydia Koh Bolosan (“Decedent”), passed away on June 23, 2021.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of Lydia Koh Bolosan (“Estate”) or the Lydia Koh Bolosan Revocable Trust dated September 5, 1974, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Lydia M. K. Kumasaka, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, #2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is serving as Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of the Decedent, Estate or Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Lydia M. K. Kumasaka, as Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
