("Plaintiff”) has commenced an action in Civil No. 2CCV-20-0000335, against you in the above entitled Court wherein said plaintiff prays for declaratory relief to rescind a prior non-judicial foreclosure of the property commonly known as: 1400 Malaihi Road, Wailuku. Hawaii 96793 (TMK No. (2) 3-2-018-009-0000) ("Property").
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Kelsey T. Kawano located at 2145 Main Street, Wailuku, Hawaii 96793, on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 9:30 am of the said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s counsel, Lloyd T. Workman, whose address is 4375 Jutland Drive, Suite 200, San Diego, California, 92117, and Zachary K. Kondo whose address is 810 Richards Street, Suite 700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
