ONGAIS, in Her Individual Capacity and as Trustee of the PATRICIA K. ONGAIS TRUST dated February 20, 1992, as Amended and Successor Trustee of the DANIEL ONGAIS TRUST dated February 20, 1992, as Amended; their respective heirs and assigns; and ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff HMC ASSETS, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of CAM XI TRUST dated March 26, 2015, has filed a Second Amended Complaint in the Second Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, Civil No. 2CCV-21-0000025, to quiet the title to and foreclose on that certain parcel of land identified as 511 One Street, Kahului, Hawai’i, and bearing Tax Map Key No. (2) 3-8-028-038.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Peter T. Cahill, Judge of the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit, in his courtroom located at 2145 Main St., Wailuku, HI 96793 on September 8, 2021 at 8:15 a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading with the Court and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff’s attorneys, KEITH Y. YAMADA and MICHAEL R. SOON FAH, whose address is Cades Schutte LLP, 1000 Bishop St., Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
