YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant Association of Apartment Owners of Village on the Green at Waikele’s Answer to Complaint of Plaintiff Bank of Hawaii, filed February 14, 2020; Defendant Association of Apartment Owners of Village on the Green at Waikele’s Counter-Claim Against Plaintiff Bank of Hawaii; Defendant Association of Apartment Owners of Village on the Green at Waikele’s Cross-Claim Against Defendants Brian Patrick Laroya and Waikele Community Association; Exhibits “1” And “2”; Summons; Certificate Of Service, filed May 1, 2020 in Civil No. 1CCV-20-0000253 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking judgment in the principal amount of $3,127.22 as of April 30, 2020, which represents common expenses and assessments charged to property located at TMK (1) 9-4-007-084, CPR No. 0012, Apt. No. RR2, with a mailing address of 94-696 Lumiauau St., #RR2, Waipahu, HI 96797, plus accrued interest, additional unpaid association dues, assessments, late charges, expenses, and attorney’s fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable JEANNETTE H. CASTAGNETTI, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on TUESDAY, AUGUST 24, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date upon Christopher Shea Goodwin, attorney for Plaintiff ASSOCIATION, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1640, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff ASSOCIATION’s Complaint.
