YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff NORDIC PCL CONSTRUCTION, INC. ("Nordic") has filed a Third-Party Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-20-0000484, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, for judgment against you for general and special damages in amounts that will be proven at trial, plus costs, interest, attorneys’ fees and such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai, Judge of the above-entitled court, at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, on Tuesday, the 17th day of August, 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon ANNA H. OSHIRO and JOANNA C. ZEIGLER, attorneys for Nordic, whose address is 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment against the disobeying person or party.
